TOURVEST GROUP APPOINTS NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Tourvest Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Luvhengo Neswiswi, as Group Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 January 2023. Neswiswi takes over from Mr Sean Joubert, who successfully completed his contract term and mandate.
A Chartered Accountant, Neswiswi has a 17-year tenure with Tourvest, having joined as deputy CFO, and promoted to the CFO position in 2006, when Tourvest was a listed entity. Neswiswi has also completed an Executive Programme at Harvard Business School.
Having spent 17 years with the group, Neswiswi has the required skills sets to grow the company to the next level.
The appointment of Neswiswi, an internal appointment, is applauded and is a vote of confidence by the Board and the designated shareholders.
Tourvest Group Chair, Mr Robert Gumede expressed, “In his capacity as Group CFO, Mr Neswiswi has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth, both organically and through strategic acquisitions.
